Accounting & Bookkeeping Software
There's nothing better for managing your accounting and bookkeeping than Quickbooks. It's easy to set-up and you can control your sales and expenses in one online platform.
Calendar & Scheduling
I wasn't a fan of online scheduling apps for a long time but started using Calendly and it has been a time management gamechanger. Acuity is another great one.
CRM (Customer Relation Management)
There are many options to choose from for database management. Many of my clients favor Zoho and SpeakerFlow because they are robust CRM systems designed with the speaker's needs in mind.
Marketing Tools & Services
If you're a do-it-yourself kind of person, I highly suggest using Canva. This platform lets you design anything! They recently added a video function that allows you to record yourself making your PowerPoint presentation. Great add-on for the virtual world. Social media posts, presentations, flyers, graphics, and much, much more.

eSpeakers - business management & marketing tools that are used by today's most sought-after speakers. Manage all the details of your engagements and allow bureaus access to your information on one, easy-to-use platform. The recently added Leads Center for Pro users is amazing.
Create a free profile and get found by event organizers plus get access to tons of great information for speakers at SpeakerHub.
Sam Richter's Sales Intel Engine is a wonderful search engine for finding conferences, decision makers, contact info, background research and more.
